We've been seeing a lot more of Great Teacher Onizuka creator Tohru Fujisawa lately, what with Vertical Inc.'s releases of the GTO sequel, 14 Days in Shonan, and the prequel, Shonan Junai-gumi. Now the mangaka has announced his next project, a food-based manga set to launch next month in seinen anthology Manga Action.
Fujisawa is working on the series with dietician Nozomi Kageyama as an advisor. The new manga—his first to center on food—is one of many projects Fujisawa has floating around. He also has the GTO spinoff Ino Atama Gargoyle, as well as Soul Reviver (illustrated by Manabu Akishige), and Shibuya Hachikō-Mae - another side- (illustrated by Akitsugu Mizumoto).
