Though tonight marks the final of the opening San Francisco shows, which kicked off last night at Davies Symphony Hall, you can still catch legendary (and former)
Final Fantasy series composer Nobuo Uematsu and a rousing tribute to
FF music throughout the summer.
Distant Worlds: Music from Final Fantasy is exactly what it sounds like, covering a lot of fan favorites from some of the most treasured entries in the series. While Uematsu presides over the event, not all of the tracks are from FF games he worked on. Considering the breadth of his work, though, most of them are.
After tonight's performance in SF, the show moves to July 22 in San Diego, July 24 in Houston, July 30 in Washington, D.C., and takes a mighty leap to November 27 in Toronto. Wherever you end up seeing the concert, tickets will run you about $60.
