Hope you've got your passes and room ready for Otakon—which takes place from July 30-August 1 at the Baltimore Convention Center—because the guest announcements continue to roll out, and there are some more hot ones on the list this time around.
One of the most recent additions is guest of honor Hiroshi Koujina, director of shows such as Grenadier, Kiba, and most recently, Rainbow - Nisha Rokubo no Shichinin, based on George Abe and Masasumi Kakizaki's manga.
In addition, one of this year's returning guests is Masao Maruyama, founder and producer at Madhouse Studio.
These two join a slew of previously announced guests, many of which are part of or related to the Japanese music industry: X Japan's Yoshiki and Sugizo; hip-hop group Home Made Kazoku; the Yoshida Brothers; and the recently added kanon, of visual kei band An Café.
Who has you more excited, members of the anime industry or the musical artists?
