Otaku USA Magazine
Anime Cosplay Galore at San Diego Comic-Con

Anime and manga weren’t the main thing at San Diego Comic-Con, but you didn’t have to look too far to find fellow otaku. In the midst of more than 130,000 fans, otaku were definitely showing their fandom in the form of cosplay. (Okay, you caught me: the Doraemon costume was at the VIZ Media booth and not technically cosplay, but it was too cute to resist.)

We have some fun examples of cosplay from old favorites like Naruto and Sailor Moon, plus new favorite Attack on Titan and a well-done Panty & Stocking tribute. The sad thing about something as big as Comic-Con is that there’s no way to see all the great costumes, but hopefully you’ll enjoy this sampling of the sights there!
