Fate/Extra CCC RPG Opens with a Burst of Anime

The Fate/Extra CCC dungeon-crawling RPG is set to make its PSP debut in Japan on March 28, and folks who dig in will be treated to an animated opening by anime studio Shaft. Akiyuki Shinbo (Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Bakemonogatari, Sasami-san@Ganaranai) directs the opening, which Marvelous AQL has been kind enough to post online.

Fate/Extra CCC will feature more voice acting and story than Fate/Extra, according to TYPE-MOON writer Kinoko Nasu. As for the story’s themes, Nasu says they’re “eros” and “a girl’s passion.”
