With the series launching on Xbox Live, as well as iTunes, Viz has announced that the first episode of Blue Dragon will be available free of charge on both. The normal price for each episode of the series is 160 MS points on Microsoft’s service, so now would be a good time to check it out and see if it hooks you.

Xbox Live is a pretty appropriate place for the Blue Dragon anime, what with it being a 360 exclusive RPG. The special offer on episode 1 extends until March 2nd on XBL, and you can go to the Marketplace site for more information. As of right now, 13 episodes are available for download.
