The upcoming Godzilla anime film from Polygon Pictures (Knights of Sidonia, Ajin) is aiming to make a big splash this year. TOHO teamed up with the Japanese branch of Netflix to coordinate its release, which will include a theatrical debut followed by worldwide streaming.
Prior to that, the next stop for the Godzilla anime will be a March 26 stage event at AnimeJapan 2017. Voice actors Yuuki Kaji, Takahiro Sakurai, Mamoru Miyano, Junichi Suwabe, Kana Hanazawa, and Tomokazu Sugita will be present for the event.
