A Strike Witches event held in Tokyo this past Sunday made an announcement that should keep fans of the franchise happy. As the official website confirms, the high-flying, pants-free action is set to continue in a new TV anime series and OVA, which in this case also stands for Operation Victory Arrow.

The original inspiration for Strike Witches came from the illustrations of Humikane Shimad. You can see some of the teaser images shown on the website below.

Hopefully we’ll get more info on these new projects soon.
