Considering the popularity and ongoing status of its source material, it seemed inevitable, but now we have confirmation that The Promised Neverland anime will be coming back for more. We have a bit of a wait ahead of us, but the adaptation of Kaiu Shirai and Posuka Demizu’s manga is officially getting a second season in 2020.

Hopefully we’ll learn more now that the final episode of season 1 has aired. In the meantime, check out the announcement clip below.
