Ultraman Manga to Make the Heroic Leap to Anime

A couple days ago we posted about a mysterious countdown on the official website for the Ultraman manga, and it’s time to find out what all the hubbub is about. As it turns out, the series—written by Eiichi Shimizu and illustrated by Tomohiro Shimoguchi—is going to be adapted into an anime.

As for when we’ll be able to watch said anime, well, it’s not due out until sometime in 2019. We’ll also have to wait on further details, including cast and staff announcements.
