YuruYuri Gets New OVA in Celebration of 10th Anniversary

YuruYuri, the comedic slice of life manga-turned-anime, will be getting a new OVA, it was announced today.

The news comes from the official YuruYuri Twitter account and a teaser video released today.

YuruYuri, which went into serialization in the pages of Comic Yuri Hime S in 2008, is celerating its 10th anniversary. The manga, written by Namori, and traces the goings-on of the Amusement Club at Nanamori High School.

The manga has been adapted into multiple anime series and OVAs since 2011, the latest of which aired in 2015.

The title of the new OVA is YuruYuri, (yes, that’s the name plus a comma; it’s pronounced “YuruYuri Ten” in Japanese).

Anyone looking forward to more YuruYuri life-slicing?
