ACen: FUNimation Acquisition Roundup

Con season is picking up, and as usual we can expect more timely, con-announced acquisitions from heavy hitters like FUNimation. This held true at this past weekend’s Anime Central in Rosemont, IL, where they listed off six more upcoming titles.

The titles in question include Rosario + Vampire, Heaven’s Lost Property, Gun X Sword, Chrome Shell Regios, and two products of Madhouse Studios, Chaos;HEAd and Rideback.

Both Gun X Sword and Regios are slated for DVD release in late 2010, with the rest hitting shelves starting in 2011.

I actually think the only one of these I’ve seen is Gun X Sword, and I’m really looking forward to checking out Rideback. Anyone excited about some of these upcoming titles, both new and old?
