It’s coming. You know it’s coming, and there’s nothing you can do about it. For one week this August, the Pikachu Outbreak will return to Yokohama, complete with events, decorations, the largest dancing Pikachu performance ever, and the return of the Pikachu and Eevee marches.
The army of massive Pikachus will roam around Yokohama while the event is underway, and there will even be special LED-decorated Pikachus coming together at the Yokohama Museum of Art. Here’s a sample of what that’ll look like:
As for the big dance routine, 50 Pikachus will take part in the performance at Rinko Park.
The Yokohama Pikachu Outbreak 2019 goes down August 6-12, and all of the big performances kick off at 7:00pm local time on their respective nights.
