Attack on Typing Teaches Typing With Titans

Typing is an essential skill in our plugged-in world, but that doesn’t mean it’s not a pain to learn how to do.

Enter the strange sub-genre of video games created to make learning typing fun, classics of which include Typing of the Dead and Mario Teaches Typing. Now a new typer is set to hit the scene with the Attack on Titan-branded Attack on Typing.

Attack on Typing, which is set for release on January 29, is set up like a board game in which your Survey Corps game piece makes its way across the board as you slaughter Titans with your typing skills. Players can also collect rare cards and other in-game items.

Eren, Mikasa and Armin appear in the game voiced by their anime voice actors. The game is free-to-play and requires no download.

Attack on Typing has apparently existed since last year, but this renewal update brings lots of new features and improvements.

The catch – and you knew this was coming – is that as of now, Attack on Typing is in Japanese only.

At least there’s always Mavis Beacon.
