Netflix Original Anime B: The Beginning Gets New Key Visual

Netflix original anime B: The Beginning is less than a month from release, and the hype is, well, beginning.

Last week, we got a look at the series in action via a trailer. Now today we’ve got a new visual that reveals more of the series’ characters.

B: The Beginning is B-ing (get it?) animated at Production I.G, and is directed by Kazuto Nakazawa, perhaps best known in the west for his work on Kill Bill Vol. 1 and the Linkin Park video “Breaking the Habit.”

Here’s how Netflix describes the series, which will be released March 2.

In a world powered by advanced technology, crime and action unfold in the archipelagic nation of Cremona. Koku, the protagonist. Keith, the legendary investigator of the royal police force RIS. A mysterious criminal organization. A wide variety of characters race through the fortified city as it is beset by the serial killer, Killer B, and a chain of crimes in this suspense drama by director Kazuto Nakazawa and Production I.G.
