This is in all likelihood not the even close to the final “best of 2019” list you’ll see around these parts. But it does have one interesting wrinkle: it’s limited to anime that originally aired in the wee hours.
Okay, that’s actually most anime these days, but still — if you’re looking to catch up on some of the best of 2019, this list is a nice place to start.
