Coolest Bonus: Highschool of the Dead BD Bundle

While it should come as no surprised that Japan gets cooler and more plentiful bonuses with special releases of their manga, this one truly has me wishing I frequently picked up (and could read) comics from overseas.

The latest Japanese bundle-in treat goes to those who preorder the limited edition seventh volume of Daisuke Sato and Shoji Sato’s Highschool of the Dead manga. It comes with an original Blu-ray disc that contains the 20-minute anime side story “Drifters of the Dead.”

Pre-orders are accepted until February 20, 2011, so anyone in Japan looking for an added incentive to put their money down definitely has it with this offer.
