Fan-Made Zelda: Breath of the Wild Animated Short Seriously Impresses

zelda Well, excuuuuuuse me, Princess no more! The Legend of Zelda is long overdue for some fresh animated takes, and since Nintendo hasn’t bothered in decades, it’s up to the fans to create what they want to see. Youyang Kong and Quianya Yin recently did just that—with some help from Sihan Yuan on music and Doudou on sound—in the form of a beautifully animated tribute to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

The results can be seen in a short piece that gets straight to the point, pitting Link against two of those pesky Breath of the Wild Guardians. See how his showdown shakes out below.
