A new cast member is here for the Fruits Basket anime along with some fresh information. For fans of Natsuki Takaya’s original manga, the most important detail will be the premiere date, which is officially lined up for April 5 on TV Tokyo in Japan.
The latest voice actress to join the cast is Miyuki Sawashiro (Kurapika in Hunter x Hunter, Fujiko Mine in Lupin III), who will play Tohru’s mother Kyoko Honda. Here’s a look at her design:
