Funimation Announces Fairy Tail Mobile RPG

Funimation is teaming up with GameSamba and NGames Interactive Limited to work with Kodansha on an officially licensed Fairy Tail mobile game. The game will be developed and published in multiple languages worldwide, with an iOS and Android release planned for the end of 2016.

According to the press release, the Fairy Tail game will be an RPG with a new side story that “draws from the sequel series of the anime.” Players will be able to recruit and battle their favorite characters, forming a powerful team of wizards along the way.
