The Dragon Ball Super: Broly anime film was a huge success around the globe, and now is the perfect time to reflect on the 20th feature. Why, you ask? Because May 9 is Goku Day in Japan! To mark the occasion, a special campaign site opened to give fans a chance to vote on their favorite form of Goku that appeared in the latest big screen outing.
Votes will be accepted from May 9 to May 24, and the results will be revealed on May 31. Options include childhood Goku, normal Goku, Super Saiyan Goku, Super Saiyan God Goku, and Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Goku. Broly animation director Naohiro Shintani even whipped up a key visual for the event.
The Goku with the most votes will get merchandise in 2020, and 59 selected participants will receive a prize.
