As if its Neon Genesis Evangelion crossover wasn’t enough, the new Shinkalion anime film is going all out with the collaborations. The latest peek comes from a three-minute preview of the new Shinkalion movie Godspeed ALFA-X That Comes from the Future, which provides the Hatsune Miku vs. Godzilla showdown we didn’t know we needed.
The opening minutes of the movie are currently being showcased on Yahoo! Japan, so you can see this colossal battle for yourself there. In it, you’ll notice that Miku has a Shinkalion persona that takes the form of an 11-year-old version of herself who wants to pilot a transforming train of her own.
Miku doesn’t just open the movie, she also apparently closes it out with a Snow Miku Concert. Shinkalion the Movie: Godspeed ALFA-X That Comes from the Future is currently playing in theaters throughout Japan.
