We’re less than a month out from the premiere of the TV anime that adapts Light Tuchihi’s fantasy light novel series The Hero is Overpowered but Overly Cautious, so we’re definitely due for some updates. The latest from the official website has two more cast members getting in on the adaptation, including Kengo Kawanishi and Aoi Koga.

Kengo Kawanishi (Gen in Dr. STONE) voices Mash, a warrior descended from the dragon tribe. He may have joined the party with high hopes of defeating the demon king, but protagonist Seiya Ryuguin treats him as little more than a baggage handler.

Aoi Koga (Kaguya in Kaguya-sama: Love is War) plays Elulu, a wizard descended from the dragon tribe. She’s Mash’s childhood friend and Seiya treats her about the same as Mash.

Masayuki Sakoi (Sword Art Online Alternative Gun Gale Online) directs, with Kenta Inohara (The Saga of Tanya the Evil) on series composition for the WHITE FOX (Re:ZERO) production, which officially premieres on October 2.
