Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken! Gets Live-Action FilmKeep Your Hands Off Eizouken!, the manga by Sumito Oowara, is soon getting an anime adaptation by Masaaki Yuasa (Devilman Crybaby). But that’s not all!

Today we heard the manga is also being adapted into a live-action movie.

That film will star three members of pop idol group Nogizaka46, a part of the same stable as AKB48.

Those three members are Mizuki Yamashita, Asuka Saito, and Minami Umezawa, who will play Tsubame Mizusaki, Midori Asakusa, and Sayaka Kanamori.

The film will be directed by Tsutomu Hanabusa (Kakegurui). It’s set to hit Japanese theaters in summer 2020. Meanwhile, Yuasa’s adaptation hits screens in January.

The original manga, about a trio of high school girls attempting to make their own anime, started in 2016.
