Kore wa Zombie Desu ka? Season 2 Coming in April

Announcements concerning the anime Kore wa Zombie Desu ka? were promised recently, and were delivered last night on “xx Book Walker.” Looks like fans can expect the second season of the series to air in April 2012.

The impending existence of a second season was announced back in June, but now we know the start date, as well as the fact that the first season will re-air in Japan in January as a prelude to the second.

The series—which follows Ayumu Aikawa after being resurrected by the necromancer Eucliwood Hellscythe—will maintain the same staff and cast in the new season, with the addition of Hitomi Nabatame (Squid Girl‘s Cindy, Shakugan no Shana‘s Margery Daw) in the role of the mysterious Chris.
