Live-Action JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Reveals Jotaro Visual

It’s still kind of hard to believe, but Japan is getting a Takashi Miike-directed live-action adaptation of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable this August. The official website and Twitter for the films have been gradually revealing in-costume visuals of the cast members, and it’s finally time for a look at Jotaro Kujo.

Jotaro first brought his intensity to Hirohiko Araki’s series as the protagonist of the third arc, Stardust Crusaders, and as a result he’s one of the most well-known characters. He’s featured prominently in Diamond is Unbreakable alongside his uncle and arc lead Josuke Higashitaka, and you can see how 40-year-old actor Yusuke Iseya looks in the role below.

For a refresher, here’s Kento Yamazaki as Josuke:

Takayuki Yamada as Angelo:

Ryunosuke Kamiki as Koichi Hirose and Nana Komatsu as Yukako Yamagishi

Masaki Okada as Keicho Nijimura and Mackenyu as Okuyasu Nijimura:

The film series’ first chapter opens in Japan on August 4.
