Sandwiched between Tokyo and Osaka, Nagoya is often passed by on a typical tour of Japan. But those visiting next February might want to stop by, because the city has just announced an anime and game festival.
The festival will take place between February 15 and 16 at Port Messe Nagoya, and feature anime, e-sports, cosplay and VTubers.
The city is also known as the home of the yearly World Cosplay Summit, which took place in July this year. It often makes headlines not just because of, you know, all the great cosplay, but also the fact that the governor himself dresses up for the occasion.
The Nagoya Anime and Game Festival promises more information, including ticket prices and details on what kind of anime and games we can expect, in December, so we’ll update you again then.
