Natsume Ono Headed to Toronto Comic Arts Festival

It’s hard not to be charmed by Natsume Ono’s work on some level. Even if one of her manga titles doesn’t quite click, her work has a breadth to it that allows for different styles of art and narrative. For example, I may not have been that into not simple, but I sure as heck dig House of Five Leaves.

Fans of the mangaka will get a chance to meet her in person this May, at least those attending Toronto Comic Arts Festival. Hey, I post so many events going on in the US, it’s about time our brothers and sisters up north get some love.
