New Cardcaptor Sakura Prologue Trailer, Visual Revealed

Cardcaptor Sakura fans: it’s been a 17-year wait, but the new CCS anime is finally on its way.

And while the new series doesn’t start until 2018, you’ll be able to get a taste of the Clear Card Arc via a short prologue anime set to be released this September.

The anime, set to bundled with the third volume of the currently-running Cardcaptor Sakura sequel manga, ships September 13, and serves as a bridge between the original series with the new Clear Card arc.

The new Cardcaptor Sakura series begins airing January 2018.
