PROMARE Heads Back to U.S. Theaters Due to Popular Demand

If you missed your chance to see Studio TRIGGER’s burning hot anime feature PROMARE in theaters, you’ll get another chance in a couple months. Due to popular demand and the resounding success of the first run, GKIDS announced plans to bring PROMARE back to U.S. cinemas for one night only on December 8.

Screenings for the English-subtitled version are planned for 12:55pm local time on December 8, and you can start locking down tickets via the official website on November 1.

“Promare” is the first feature-length film from the acclaimed Studio TRIGGER, creators of the hit series “KILL la KILL” and “Little Witch Academia.” Directed by Hiroyuki Imaishi (“Gurren Lagann,” “KILL la KILL”), it is the spiritual successor to many his former works, and uses a bold cel-shaded visual style to tell a blistering action-adventure story.
