The Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dreaming Girl (Seishun Buta Yarou wa Yumemiru Shoujo no Yume o Minai) anime film is coming to Japan in just under a month, following the daily life of Sakuta Azusagawa as his relationship with Mai Sakurajima gets rocky. He ends up forced to live with the adult version of Shoko Makinohara, and in the meantime Shoko’s junior high school version begins to suffer from a mysterious illness and Sakuta’s scars begin to ache.

The Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai film, which opens in Japan June 15, is a continuation of the anime series which aired between October and December of last year. It adapts the sixth and seventh volumes of the original light novels.

Puberty syndrome – Abnormal experiences rumored on the internet to be caused by sensitivity and instability during adolescence. This year, Sakuta Azusagawa, a second-year student at a high school near Enoshima, meets several girls that are experiencing this “puberty syndrome.” For instance, he meets a wild bunny girl in the library. She turns out to be an actress on hiatus, Mai Sakurajima, who is also his senior at the school. For some reason, no one else can see this enchanting girl. How did she become invisible…?
