The next stage has been decided for the anime adaptation of Nakaba Suzuki’s The Seven Deadly Sins manga. The official website revealed plans for a new TV series called The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods, which is set to premiere in Japan this fall.
This leg of the journey will cover the battle against the Ten Commandments, the fate of Meliodas and Elizabeth, and the secret of the world in what the official Twitter is referring to as a climax for the story.
A new staff is lined up to handle Wrath of the Gods, with director Susumu Nishizawa (Hikaru no Go) leading the charge at anime production house Studio Deen (KONOSUBA). Rintaro Ikeda is handling series composition, Rie Nishino is on character designs, and Hiroyuki Sawano, KOHTA YAMAMOTO, and Takashi Wada are on music. The main voice cast members are set to reprise their roles once more.
