Soma’s Opponents Assemble in New Food Wars Season 2 Visual

Shokugeki no Soma: The Second Plate, the upcoming continuation of Food Wars, is on its way, and a new visual has just been released that shows Soma and his opponents lined up and ready to get cooking.

The Second Plate, which premieres July 2, follows Soma Yukihira as he attempts to blow away even more men and women’s clothing with his amazing cooking. The final line in the video teaser for the series has Soma threatening to quit cooking altogether, so it looks like there are some hard times ahead for the young chef.

Also released today were some new images of character Subaru Mimasaka, who will be played by Hiroki Yasumoto (KonoSuba, Arslan).

Looking forward to see what Soma and his opponents cook up July 2.
