Study for College Entrance Exams with Manga!

Studying is not always fun, especially if you are taking a very difficult college entrance exam. Japanese college entrance exams are often called the “Hell Exams” and it is painful to prepare for all the tests. BUT, there is good news for Japanese high school students! They can now study with popular anime and manga characters!

Chukei Publishing has released reference books in collaboration with instructors from college preparation institutions, using Haruhi Suzumiya for English vocabulary, Lucky Star for Science, and Student Council’s Discretion for Classic Japanese vocabulary.

In April, they will release a new reference book for high school Math 1-A, using characters from A Certain Magical Index (Toaru Majutsu no Index)! As a special bonus, the first edition will come with a poster.
