A bunch of information came out of this weekend’s Game no Dengeki Thanks Festival 2018 featuring Dengeki Bunko event, including more details on Sword Art Online Alternative: Gun Gale Online. Based on the novels by Kino’s Journey author Keiichi Sigsawa, the TV anime is officially set to debut in Japan on April 7.
The first stations to get the show will be Tokyo MX, Tochigi TV, Gunma TV, BS11, and MBS, with TV Aichi to follow a couple days after.

Season 3 of the main Sword Art Online anime series will be arriving in October.
