Tokyo Alien Bros. Manga Gets Live-Action TV AdaptationTokyo Alien Bros., the popular manga from Keigo Shinzo, will be getting a live-action TV series this July.

That’s the word from NTV, the station that will air the series.

Tokyo Alien Bros. will star Kei Inoo from boy band Hey! Say! Jump and Shota Totsuka from A.B.C.-Z.

The series will be co-directed by Shintaro Sugawara and Michael Arias, who anime fans will recognize as the director of films like Tekkon Kinkreet and Harmony.

The comedy manga, which was nominated for Best Comic at France’s Angoulême International Comics Festival this year, follows two aliens posing as students in Tokyo to observe the human race. The manga ran from 2015 to 2017 in Monthly! Spirits.
