Trailer Roundup: Sword Art Online II, Rolling Girls, Kite

A few exciting trailers have hit that YouTube in the last couple days. First up, we’ve got multiple teasers for Rolling Girls, the upcoming series from Wit Studio (Attack on Titan). Rolling Girls is apparently about a future in which Japan’s various prefectures have become independent countries.

Today’s geography quiz: how many prefectures are there in Japan?

Rolling Girls will roll onto screens in January.

Secondly, we’ve got a trailer for “the next chapter” of Sword Art Online II. For those familiar with the light novels, the upcoming episodes of the anime will adapt the Calibur arc.

For those not familiar with the light novels: it’s more Sword Art Online! What more do you need to know?

Finally, the trailer for the live-action remake of Kite, starring Samuel L. Jackson, which is out this week. Out of 13 reviews, Kite currently holds a 0% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Let’s leave it at that.
