The Zoids franchise is about to make a big anime comeback in the form of Zoids Wild, which premieres in Japan this July. Norihiko Sutou directs the anime at studio OLM, and the latest cast addition brings Kaito Ishikawa (My Hero Academia‘s Tenya Iida) into the fold.

Ishikawa will play Drake, who pilots the Death Metal Zoid known as Gilraptor.
